Nature's Calming Bath



  • 1 Cup Epsom Salt Crystals
  • 10 Drops of Essential Oil

(Lavender, Rose or Chamomile Essential Oil)

  • 3 Drops of Almond Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Baking Soda


Pour ingredients into running warm bath water. 

Immerse yourself in water and soak for 30 mins.

Rub entire body with a loofa sponge in a circular motion.

Burn matching scented candle for an added relaxing boost.


 This Bath Mixture will extract toxins, balance skin ph levels, reduce stress and sooth muscle aches & pains 

Natural Detoxifying Bath



  • 1/3 Cup Epsom Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Sea Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Baking Soda
  • 2 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • A few drops of grapefruit or peppermint essential oil.


 Pour ingredients into running warm bath water. 

Immerse yourself in water and soak for 30-40  mins.


 Rub entire body with a loofa sponge in a circular motion, rinse off with clean water to remove all toxins from the skin's surface and dry off with cotton terry towel.

Muscle Relaxing Herbal Bath


  •  2 Oz Sassafras Bark
  • 1 Oz Burdock Root
  • 1 Oz Mugwort
  • 1 Oz Agrimony
  • 1 Oz Comfrey Leaf
  • 1 Oz Sage


Cut herbs into small pieces and add to a drawstring muslin bag, wrap in cheesecloth or place inside metal tea ball and either toss directly into running hot bath water or hang from faucet and allow water to run through bag.

Add a few drops of essential oil (lavender, orange or peppermint) optional.


 Immerse yourself in water and soak for 30 mins.

Flaxseed and Aloe Facial Gel


Needed Ingredients: 2 cups of water, 1/2 cup of Raw Flaxseed, 1 Medium Size Aloe Vera Leaf

Needed Supplies: 1 Glass pot (preferably), 1 Wooden spoon, Natural Cheese Cloth , 1 airtight medium size glass jar.

Use: Apply 1-2 X a day to face with cotton ball, leave on for 20 mins and then rinse.

Benefits: Moisturize & Clarify skin.

Coconut-Garlic Hot Oil Treatment



  • 1 Cup Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
  • 10-15 Peeled Garlic Cloves                  Needed Supplies:
  • Strainer, Wooden Spoon, Glass Pot, Plastic Hair Cap.                        Directions: 
  • Apply Oil to scalp as instructed in video; cover head with plastic cap and leave in 1 hr  or longer if desired. Rinse Out and follow-up with shampoo & conditioning. 

Rice Water Hair Conditioner



2 Tbl Spoons of Organic White Rice and 2 Cups of Filtered Water.


Add Rice and Filtered Water to bowl, stir and cover with lid. Put aside and leave it undisturbed for 24 hours at room temperature. After 24 hrs remove lid, stir and strain Rice into a glass jar with tightly secured top and refrigerate for 2 hours. (Refrigeration will stop the fermentation process) Good for 1 week.

Use: Pour refrigerated liquid into a spray bottle, completely saturate your hair, cover with a plastic cap for 30 mins. Rinse or shampoo as normal.


Stimulate Eyebrow Hair Growth


Coconut oil is a great natural oil for cleaning your eyebrows and encouraging good eyebrow hair growth. Simply apply a small dab of coconut oil on a cotton pad. Then, run it through one eyebrow. Use a clean pad with a dab of coconut oil for the other eyebrow.
